i loved this very thank you donna for this i always think about my nails my nail grows normally but why there are sometimes yellowish and sometimes whitish?my nails without nails when nail polish is coated it is very beautiful when with short nails it is beautiful but why is my friends nail not cute as mine?i love my nail very she also love her nails very much is there any help i can do for my friend she is 12 years old and i am also 12 years old
Soak them in warm milk ive done that and i have long nails some.people think they are fake!
Here are some use ful tips 1.get garlic.and press your nails against it but dont wash ya hands do it at night 2.drink milk every day 3.soak your hands in vinegar 4.dont look at them if you have the habit of biting them it will make you not wanna bite them 5.eat a lot of vegies and vitamins 6.file them and put sally hanson maximum growth on 1 time a day for a month last but not least Do NOTEVER UseThem to scratch any thing they will become weak and break those were the tips that helped me get strong beautiful long nails

To all of you who say, you have been biting your nails since you were young, i was in that boat for yrs, just 2 months a decided to kick the habbit, i bought sallys maximum growth and like the article says it takes about 4-6wks right!! but with the sallys in 3wks my nails look beautiful and in 6wks amazing so this helps to speed up the growth and makes them stronger..hope this helps

Omg, my nails are the ugliest things in the world. They are super thin, they have black lines and dents all in them, and they WILL NOT GROW !! What the hell do I do? plus I have a verrrrry bad habbit of biting them every single day. I cant break the habbit, tell me what I need too do! Pronto!
